I've wondered a few things though. Humans seem to always be written to be such a lowly race, and it seems you always mention humans as being physically ugly, when the dyrads & elves I see in pictures are not all that much different in looks to an attractive human. Humans also didn't help the elves (sorry to spoil for anyone), in the War of the Souls series even though as humans here Canadians and Americans have often gone to the aid of other countries. I own many books that you have already written, and while I will agree that this book was good, and I do look forward to getting the next one and catching up with the other fans. I do have to note, I was a bit disappointed and taken aback to find the 'f' word in this novel. I had come to expect a certain level of, I don't know, just a certain tone to your books.
