Both Laura and I are anxious to meet you whenever our busy working schedule permits. We certainly would love to support your gaming convention or business gathering in any way we can.

How to Schedule an Appearance

Should you desire to have me speak at your company or educational institution or to attend your gaming or fantasy/SF convention, my terms for attendance are as follows:

Organizational Size: If you are planning a commercial or educational event, an audience of no less than fifty is required. If you are a gaming or fantasy/SF convention, you must have had a previous year's actual attendance of no less than 5,000 people before being considered. We are sorry, but first time conventions are not elegible to schedule an appearance.
First-class, round-trip airfair from St. George, Utah for both Tracy and Laura Hickman to the nearest commercially serviced airport. (NOTE: There are no first-class seats from St. George, which is service by a commuter airline to Salt Lake City or to Los Angeles.)
Approved accomodations for the duration of my appearance.(Submit description and location of accomodations in advance for my approval.)
$200 (Two hundred dollars U.S.) per diem to cover incidental expenses.

In return, I promise you a great show. I will work with you to fill your schedule with appearance activities to fit the needs of your organization. Our appearance agreement allows you to choose from any of the events we offer below. The events from which you may select include:

BOOK SIGNINGS: We love to sign your books and will be delighted to schedule book signing sessions at your event.

LECTURES & SPEAKING ADDRESSES: I would be delighted to adddress your group on a variety of subjects including writing workshops, the theory of story structure and mythology as it applies today.

KILLER BREAKFAST ROLE PLAYING GAME EVENT: a hilarious role-playing game with one 'Dungeon Master' (me) and as many as 250 players. A great large audience showcase both for participants and observing audience.

PREVIEW READINGS FROM LATEST WORKS. Works in progress will be featured when possible.

Q&A SESSIONS WITH YOUR GUESTS.
